At SwankMetalsmithing, we want you to be completely enamored with your handcrafted jewelry; if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom commissions and personalized engravings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Contact our studio team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original designer box and use a padded mailer to ensure the piece is protected during transit.
Ship with Tracking
Send your package using a carrier of your choice; we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for your security.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our metalsmiths verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
